In our current economic environment, it is almost impossible to not think about the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Update Company Systems

  • Inventory

  • Financial

  • e-Commerce

• Organise and clean up data

• Prepare for year-end

• Re-evaluate workflows

• Re-evaluate all procedures

• Design a staff training schedule

And last but not least, the future of work at home. Now that we are all being forced to adopt it, how many will keep the model once the dust settles?
